How does the 10% platform fee work?
When a venue posts a job and a technician completes it, the platform takes 10% of the agreed job value as an introduction fee. This covers matching, Stripe payment processing, and platform services. The fee is only charged on completed jobs.
How does the 5-star rebate work?
If a venue gives a technician a 5-star review after a completed job, the technician receives a 2.5% rebate on that job. This means the effective fee drops from 10% to 7.5% for excellent work.
Who pays the platform fee?
The 10% fee is deducted from the job payment before it reaches the technician. The venue pays the agreed job price — no extra charges for them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect with payout after job approval.
How do marketplace payments work?
When a job is accepted, payment is collected through Stripe. Once the technician completes the work and the venue confirms satisfaction, the payout (minus the platform fee) is sent to the technician's connected account.
